RADIATION THERAPY BILLING SPECIALISTS MOVES TO NORTHEAST OHIO UNDER NEW OWNERSHIP

Currently providing exclusive billing for Radiation Oncologists and other specialties, the RTBS team of over 30 certified billing specialists possess in-depth knowledge and a thorough understanding of state and federal regulations, payment policies and trends.

Mr. Newbold works closely with the physicians to help them integrate their billing and compliance matters as he manages the day-to-day business and legal matters for RTBS and 51 Oakwood, Inc.

He is a graduate of the University of Akron School of Law (J.D. 1988) and Mount Union College, (B.A., 1985). He has been appointed to the President’s Advisory Council of Mount Union College and is a member of the International Franchise Association, Legislative Committee. He is also a member of the American Bar Association Forum on Franchising, and the Ohio State Bar Association.

Mr. Newbold is a member of the American Medical Billing Association (AMBA), the American Academy of Professional Coders (AAPC), the American Brachytherapy Society (ABS), the Association of Community Cancer Centers (ACCC), the American College of Radiation Oncology (ACRO) and the American Society for Therapeutic Radiology and Oncology (ASTRO).
